It's hard to find time to run as a Mom - whether you are brand new to running, getting back into it after having a baby, or just looking for some new running partners - this is a group for you! Bring your jog stroller or leave the kiddos at home. This is a group to meet new running partners and friends, try new routes, and just get back out there. Train for a 5k, marathon, or just a weekly 20 minute jog - all are welcome!

Welcome to ARL Paws Over Pittsburgh running team. We are a group of people that love animals and to run! Every year we run in the Pittsburgh Marathon and raise funds for the Animal Rescue League. We have many scheduled runs throughout the year and partnered with the JCC on training programs.

The Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding the cure for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
