Off 'N Running Tours has offered running and walking clubs forand women since 1994. Our groups are for beginners. Over the years we have trained for races of all distances, to running or walking for your health. For 2012 we are interested in your health and helping you set your goals. Our course distances will not exceed 6 miles.

Hi- I love to jog around the Rose Bowl in Pasadena whenever I can. I love the track as it's fairly flat, not very crowded during the week, has a great ambiance, plenty of free parking and close to me. I've been able to jog non stop but then stopped practicing and found I couldn't anymore. I'd like to get there again. It's 5km or 3.2 miles.
